My passion for IT started in high school, where I followed my older brother around as he worked on computers—back when 486 and Pentium 1 processors were cutting-edge. Watching him troubleshoot, build systems, and breathe life into machines sparked something in me. I started learning by doing—repairing computers, setting up internet for my local church, and supporting friends and family with their tech needs.
This early hands-on experience laid the foundation for my career. I earned my CompTIA A+ certification through Boston City Campus, and have since built a career that spans desktop support, server maintenance, software testing, and quality assurance.
