How much does IT support cost?

Diagnostics start at R100 (applied toward the repair if you go ahead). On-site support is R150/hour, remote support is R100/hour (1-hour minimum), and after-hours/weekend emergency call-outs are 1.5x standard rates. You'll always know the cost before we start.

Do you offer remote support, or only on-site visits?

Both. Most software issues, virus removal, and setup work can be handled remotely. Hardware repairs, network installations, and anything requiring physical access are booked as on-site visits in Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Can I buy hardware from your shop and have you set it up?

Yes — that's the point of having both under one roof. Buy a product from the shop and our technicians can install, configure, and support it, the same as any device you already own.

What's your return policy on shop purchases?

South African law (the ECT Act) gives you a 7-day cooling-off period on online purchases — the item just needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are covered by the Consumer Protection Act's 6-month implied warranty: repair, replacement, or refund, your choice. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

How fast can you respond?

We aim for under an hour on remote/support enquiries, with 24/7 availability. On-site visits are scheduled at the next available slot, faster for emergency call-outs.

Can you collect my PC for repair and deliver it back when it's done?

Yes — if dropping it off isn't convenient, we can arrange a courier to fetch your device. Our technicians assess it and send you a quote before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices. Once you approve, we carry out the repair (including installing any hardware you've bought from us) and courier it back to you. The collection-and-return trip is a flat R250, with labour quoted separately based on the work involved.

I just bought a new PC — can you help me set it up?

Yes. Once your new computer arrives, we can walk you through setup over a remote session — software installation, updates, transferring your files, configuring accounts — so you're not left figuring it out alone. It's billed at our standard remote support rate (R100/hour, 1-hour minimum), and for anything that needs hands-on access we can also book an on-site visit.

Can you help me put together a custom PC build?

Yes. Pick the parts you want from our Components category — case, CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU, cooling — and once you've got a couple of parts in your cart you can request build & assembly. We check everything's compatible and confirm final pricing before we start (assembly from R400, depending on complexity), then we build, cable-manage, and thoroughly test the system before it ships. Every part carries its official manufacturer warranty.
